I have known Brad Martin for several years. His trips are always planned for the client in mind. Flights and accommodations are always excellent. In these times of Covid with cancelled cruises, delayed flights, and rescheduled trips, Brad coordinates with cruise companies and air lines to ensure reservations are rebooked or refunds received. The past two years, we have had to cancel three cruises. In each case, Brad worked with the cruise line to rebook the cruises in a time frame that worked for us and the cruise line. We are looking forward to our cruise this July hoping it will go, but knowing if it does not, Brad will make sure to arrange the next one.
